How long does your Teeth whitening treatment last?
We use a LED teeth whitening system which allows us to use high percentage of peroxide to get the best possible result. Our teeth whitening treatment lasts between 3-5 years depending on your diet. Smoking, drinking and food with strong colours such as curry will colour teeth more quickly. You can also purchase our home bleaching kits to top up your treatment.

What are the benefits of cosmetic dental surgery such as implants?
Cosmetic dentistry gives you back your confidence, by giving you the ability to eat and talk naturally without the fear of dentures moving or falling out. Permanent implants are so much more reliable and they feel natural.
How do I keep my teeth healthy and prevent future problems?
Regularly visits to your dentist (preferably yearly) and good self-management of your oral health is crucial. We recommend brushing twice a day and flossing once a day. It is very important to use the right kind of toothbrush and technique when brushing. We recommend an electric toothbrush if you can afford one, otherwise we recommend a soft toothbrush along with a good technique. The best technique is to use small circular motions on each tooth rather than horizontal across your teeth. Then on a 45 degree angle, brush down from the gum line and do this for each tooth. We also supply a plaque identifier which change plaque to a different colour, so it is easy to see where is clean and where is not.
A good healthy diet, free of excess sugar, alcohol and smoking will also encourage strong oral health. Regular visits to the Oral Hygienist will help you keep your teeth and gums healthy and sparkly clean!
